Monet Royal is a violist from St. Louis, Missouri. She holds a Master’s degree in Viola Performance from Oklahoma State University. Ms. Royal is currently the Orchestra Teaching Assistant for the Kirkwood School District. She has performed internationally and locally on stages with the Wichita Grand Opera, Colour of Music Festival, Orchestra Noir and has been a violist in the Gateway Festival Orchestra in St. Louis for the last three summers. More recently, Monet plays the viola in Blackbird String Ensemble.
