When We Meet

Meets on Thursdays at 7pm-9pm in the North Campus

Why Celebrate Recovery?

Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered 12-step recovery program that meets at Church on the Rock every Thursday night to help people who struggle with addictions, hurts, habits and hang-ups find freedom and hope. It’s OK to not be OK so you can come as you are, and you’ll be welcomed with the unconditional love of Christ.

We provide a safe environment where we can share our experiences, struggles, strengths, and hopes so that we become willing to accept God’s grace to transform us. In the context of Biblical principles, we can find freedom, peace, joy, and a stronger relationship with Jesus Christ.

Who Needs Recovery?

Recovery is necessary for everyone with hurts, habits, and hang-ups from the past that still affects our lives today. This is a 12 step process to address these issues and find freedom!

Hang-ups may include anger, depression, fear, unhealthy body image, shame, pride, procrastination, materialism, laziness, and lack of self-control.

Habits may include addictions to alcohol, drugs, sex, food, gambling, shopping, social media, smoking, lying, work, popularity, and isolation.

Step Studies

Step Studies are offered for men and women at various times, meeting on different days and times. This is where the deepest recovery occurs as small groups personally apply the steps in their lives using The Journey Begins Step Study books by John Baker.

Celebrate Recovery Is not...

Celebrate Recovery is not therapy, counseling, rehabilitation, or treatment. It’s not a shelter, a place for gossip, or a place to find a date. It’s not a quick fix, a place for perfection, or a place to judge others.
